Lovell Lark Hill Endorsement
The Larkhill project of 450 plots is the larger of the three sites that make up our wider Salisbury Plain scheme. It is also boasts the most demanding pace having embarked on an initial run rate of ten units per week but ultimately building up to 16 units per week, which is essentially unprecedented in UK low rise housing.
This is our first award to PB Edwards and we have been very pleased with their performance thus far. They have evidenced an intelligent approach to resourcing and have consistently adhered to all of our programme and quality requirements.

Their Health & Safety record to date is very good and monthly Internal Safety Audits are carried out. Materials are delivered to programme which they would normally chase our Site Teams to progress.
