We understand the importance of maintaining an excellent NHBC Health & Safety incident rate and fully support our customers with this.

Qualifications

Our Health and Safety Manager is an IOSH member and holds a NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate along with other specific training and certificates including PASMA and Face Fit Testing qualifications.

To ensure continual improvement, our workforce is comprehensively trained and certified in safe working practices such as SMSTS/SSSTS, PASMA, First Aid, NVQs, Oxford Landing System Certified, as well as all PB Edwards employees and subcontractors having the relevant qualified CSCS Card.

Risk Assessment & Management

Where possible we eliminate hazards through effective risk assessment and management – achieved by thorough planning and preparation. PB Edwards Plastering & Drylining are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all parties during each of our projects.  We achieve this by delivering the highest standards – and as such our track record speaks for itself.

We promote a positive and proactive safety environment which is adhered to at all times by both employees and sub-contractors.

Accreditations

Our Health and Safety standards are confirmed by our accreditations: SMAS, CQMS and HNBC Safemark; members of Safety Schemes In Procurement (SSIP).

PB Edwards are members of Constructionline and Builder’s profile, enabling us to maintain and share relevant information with customers as required.

Continuous Improvement

We support our entire workforce on upskilling through NVQ’s and any other project specific trainings required. Our on site Health and Safety is monitored through regular site visits and inspections ensuring procedures and risks are monitored and assessed at all times.
